When The Moon is Coming,

Haha. Cuba translate title di atas kepada bahasa ibunda. Okay. Maybe ada yang tersipu-sipu malu dah kan. First of all, saya nak mintak maaf lah kan kalau-kalau entry yang bakal anda baca ni nanti macam menyentuh sensitivity. Yelah, cause I'm talking this as girl to girl and lesson to boys. This entry are dedicated to Sweet Soulmate of Someone yang satu hari tu bertanya pada saya.

" Eh, what should us (the hubby/boyfriend,partner, etc) do to ease up our spouse when they gone through the time of the month? "

Aww..comelkan ? Sorry to say, kalau-kalau ada orang yang cakap this guy is tak malu, you are such a shallow mind people. At least, this guy trying to learn how to handle his spouse because he cares. Rite? And this entry gonna be like serampang dua mata cause I also include the Do's and Dont's while you raise your red flag :)

1 : PMS and mood swings

Haha. Mesti ramai yang dah tahu. Macam lagu Katy Perry tu kan. Pre Menstrual Syndrom ni tak semua perempuan ada and the degree is differs from one to another. Setengah wanita PMS dia sangatlah teruk and berlarutan sampai 2-3 minggu. What PMS brought to women? Have you heard of senggugut ? It's kinda pain you're going to go through before the menses. Tak semua wanita ada senggugut and the level is varies. Ada women yang have only a light pain and still can walk in their high heels here and there tapi ada juga women yang memang tak boleh berjalan/ bergerak langsung. So guys, take note okay! When senggugut attacks, you have to help. Senggugut ni usually strikes from hips and below. Women tend to have backache and tummy cramp. So women tolonglah jangan angkat barang-barang berat instead suruh lah guys yang gagah perkasa angkat kan and for this time, avoid painful high heels cause it will make you suffer even more. Some women encountered head ache too.

That is why PMS brought mood swings and pimples as package! You guys cubalah imagine the painful condition women have gone through. Sakit kepala, sakit belakang, tummy cramps. Mana lah takde mood swings or emotion uncontrolled. Bak kata orang utara ; depa jadi bebai lah! Semua nak marah. Guys you should understand their state and try tolerate. Girls pulak amboi mentang-mentang depa dah bagi muka jangan dok pijak kepala. Don't use the excuse of "I'm having my PMS" as license you boleh buat suka-suka hati. Thats crime for girls okay! Macam kawan I ni takut gila kalau girlfriend dia PMS. KALA DINA BULAN MENGAMBANG eh Wanoi! Haha :D

So solution : When you having your PMS , try to relax and chill. Maybe boleh try aroma therapy to ease your tense . Kurangkan pergerakan. Time-time macam ni emotion orang perempuan pun tak stabil so please don't decide anything important in your life if you're lead by your emotion. Jangan layan kan sangat the pain tu. Sometimes you let your pain and emotion controlling your body tu yang rasa lembik semacam tu. Bila lembik, hormone pun tak stabil mulalah nak tumbuh zits sana sini. Hah! Tambah tension. So prevent! Toksah chom sangat! Tak manis. Tarik muncung 14 inci. Boipren tengok pun tak selera. Chill. Senyum sikit :) Kan chomel !

2 : Consume enough of plain water.

Did you know that you lose nearly 80ml of blood/liquid of your body during your menses? Hah! Terel tak perempuan tiap-tiap bulan boleh lose blood sampai 8o ml. Hahaha. Tu lah power! So consume lah enough water to replace the liquid yang da hilang tu. You have to restore your energy. Kalau dah dehydrated macam mana nak ada tenaga. So guys make sure you tengok-tengok kan spouse you.

3 : Exercise

Ramai yang anggap if the time of the month have arrived they should stop the daily routine of exercise atas alasan sakit/ cramp. Don't be, okay! You still have to exercise macam biasa. No harm. Tapi maybe your body refused to be like normal day state. So exercise in relax way, jangan push and strain or reflex sangat as your cramps akan lagi teruk. AND prevent exercise activity that will not stress the uterus. Dangerous okay! Senang cerita jangan hyper sangat! *tag line sape tah* and avoid vigorous action. Hah! Ape kate have a relax exercise sama-sama :) Walking hand by hand round-round tasik ke.

4 : Diet and food consuming

HAH! Ini terjadi pada diri sendiri okay! When the time has come tu dia nak makan suma yang indulge sahaja. This is happening sebab our body need pampering sebab dia dah sakit *kadang-kadang ngade-ngade je sebab nak makan sedap* . Having chocolate pun can be a good remedy as you have your sense drifted to the indulgence so you'll forget the pain. Tapi tulah. Jangan over sangat sampai jatuh ke jurang diet yang tak sihat! Dangerous okay! You know how sugar can kill you rite. So beware. Nutritionist pun advise to have more greeny vege as to avoid constipation. Yelah, you have lose your body liquid and one way to restore it apart from replace it with H2O is by taking green vege. So, bolehlah belanja your spouse kan vege restaurant after. Ulam-ulam cicah sambal belacan pun okay pe!

Hah! Lagi satu. Avoid coke, coffee and everything yang ada caffeine or at least take less. Instead, maybe you can have a sip on herbal tea. Memang bagus.

5 : Painkillers medication.

I know ramai wanita yang can't bear the pain. So, the solution, they simply swallow the pink pills and boom! off to sleep. Actually, depends on this little pink pills is very dangerous especially when woman have overrused em'. Further complication might occur dalam aspect kesuburan and so on. Hah! Nak ke risk your marriage life after this?? *eyebrows* Please women . Beware!

6 : Hygiene aspect.

Please. This is vital! Usually women kan memang terkenal dengan pembersih. Good job. Tak payah detail sangat kan. *wink*. So guys kalau awak dating dengan wanita kecintaan awak di kala bulan mengambang, sekiranya pengambilan masa beliau ke tandas adalah lebih kerap dan lama, sila tanamkan dalam diri yang wanita kecintaan anda senang menjaga kebersihan mereka. Bersyukurlah kerana mendapat seorang wanita yang pembersih. Two Thumbs Up!

p/s : Women kat M'sia usually used sanitary pad kan which is good. If some of you using tampons try to avoid dear. Its proven tampons are less hygienic and can cause massive cramps. Not good.



Be there when they need you


So Prince Charming has gotten the clue? Thats all I can bagitahu. And tak semua women facing the same condition. What I've state is just major women getting through by the time of the month. So, no offense kay :)
Relax and have a happy period. This is not padding ads :)
